EL CAJON NATIONAL HIT-A-THON ON SUNDAY, APRIL 21st
Our 2024 Hit-a-Thon fundraiser is happening now!! Here is some information on how it works.
Each player will be sent an email to the email address provided on their registration form and will be given their own personal donation page. Here, your friends and family can make donations on the player’s behalf using a credit card. Encourage the players to share their link via email, Facebook, twitter, text or phone call, etc. You may also accept cash or check donations. Please make all checks out to ECNLL. Cash or check donations should be turned in an envelope marked with your players name, team and division. Donations can be a flat amount or an amount per foot of their farthest hit. Players can accept donations until 24 hours before our Hit-a-Thon Event.
Each player has a goal of raising $150.00! Your player has the opportunity to unlock a different prize after reaching specific goal markers. Of course your player can swing for the fences and go beyond their $150.00 goal and collect every prize along the way. In addition to collecting prizes, there will be a grand prize given to the player who raises the most for our league! Our new prize sheet will be posted soon!
The hit-a-thon event date is on Sunday, April 21st. Your Manager and Team Parent will update you with event information for our Hit-a-Thon. Hits will take place at this event. Make up hits will take place the following week during practice for players that are not able to attend. Each player will be given 10 pitches or 5 hits, whichever comes first. The total distance of their 5 hits will determine their score. Scores will be calculated and winners will be announced at Opening Ceremonies. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies in each division.
This is a full ECN event! We will have music playing! We will have instant prizes on the field for your player to aim for! We will also have the snack bar open. This is a great opportunity for us as a community to support our players in each division!
This is our largest fundraiser for the season and a really fun way for the kids to help support our league. In order for this fundraiser to be successful we need 100% participation!! This fundraiser helps to raise the necessary funds to successfully operate while keeping our registration fees low. We have some exciting things planned for 2024!
